When you request a coaching session through the Coherent Flow booking form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, contact details (email address and phone number), age confirmation, how you heard about us, and the session scheduling details of your request. We do not collect clinical, medical, or health-record information through this website.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information to schedule and confirm your coaching sessions, to contact you about your booking, and — only if you opt in — to send SMS booking confirmations and appointment reminders.

3. SMS Notifications

SMS messaging is strictly opt-in. If you check the optional consent box on the booking form, your phone number is used solely to send the booking confirmations and appointment reminders described at coherent-flow.com/sms-consent. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. We never sell or share your number, and we do not send marketing texts.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate the booking service (website hosting, email delivery, and SMS delivery via our telecommunications provider).

5. Data Retention

We retain booking information for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
